Your First Visit
It is a very important instance to get to know us and show you our work system. We will provide you with an overview of your problem and our approach to treatment. We provide the option of conducting a virtual consultation, however, it is advisable to examine yourself in person.

WHAT IS YOUR CHIEF COMPLAINT?
We want to know your concern and why your dentist wants you to visit us. We will give you our vision of what you need to solve the orthodontic situation.
Initial examination and
clinical evaluation
We will analyze your medical and dental history. An evaluation will be done in order to determine if it is the right time to start treatment or wether it is preferable to put you on recall.
Family involvement
It is important that everybody involved in family decisions attends the consultation. During the session we will give you detailed information about your situation. You will be able to see finished treatments of similar cases.
X-rays and referrals
Gather as much information as possible. This includes X-rays, indications of your treating dentist or important info of your medical-dental history. It is advisable that you bring a panoramic x-ray. If you need a prescription or have any questions, please contact us previously.

It will take you approximately 10 minutes to respond. For children under 18 years old, the patient should be with the parents when answering the questionnaire. Over 18 years old the adult questionnaire must be completed. Send us your response at least 24 hours before your visit so we can prepare your information on time.
